The List of Unqualified Cosmetic Manufacturers (Jan-Sept, 2015)

At present, CFDA (China Food and Drug Administration) official website published 3880 cosmetic enterprises that have gained production certificates. Guangdong province stands at the 1^st place, which has 1845 enterprises (near 50% of all) and Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai respectively accounts 9.6%, 8.0% and 6.5%. The cosmetic manufacturers are of varying quality with all kinds of products, which increased, in certain degree, the difficulty in the supervision of cosmetic manufacturing. To strengthen the quality management, regulate the market order, and guarantee the safety of use, CFDA called on FDA at locals to make a spot check in cosmetic manufacturers. Hereby, CIRS listed the unqualified cosmetic manufacturers for the reference of all relevant enterprises.
