FDA at locals (Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhejiang) made a spot check in cosmetic manufacturers and published the unqualified cosmetic manufacturers online. Hereby, CIRS listed the unqualified cosmetic manufacturers for the reference of all relevant enterprises.
