CFDA and FDA at locals (Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhejiang) published the results of spot check in cosmetic manufacturers and listed the unqualified cosmetic manufacturers online. Hereby, CIRS collected the unqualified cosmetic manufacturers for the reference of all relevant enterprises.
