東盟化妝品指令更新：涉及附錄II、II及VII！

東盟化妝品指令（ASEAN Cosmetic Directive，ACD）是一項區域性協議，旨在統一東盟成員國之間的化妝品產品要求，以減少技術性貿易壁壘，促進區域內化妝品的自由流通。

東盟化妝品委員會（ASEAN Cosmetic Committee，ACC）與東盟化妝品科學機構（ASEAN Cosmetic Scientific Body，ACSB）每年召開兩次會議，以審查和更新化妝品相關法規，包括對ACD附件的修訂。附錄II禁用物質清單、附錄III限用物質清單和附錄VII準用防曬劑清單的最新修訂版已于 2025年12月12日發布，現將其匯總整理，以供參考。

附錄II禁用物質清單更新

修訂1388號成分環四聚二甲基硅氧烷，新增CAS號293-51-6
